Hollywood Jesus does some good work. It is surprisingly comprehensive and covers all things pop culture and attempts to meet art on its own terms, which is always a step in the right direction.

As far as Christian Cinema goes, I don't have much of an objection to what they do. They seem to be more primarily a resource for people to purchase Christian media, which is fine with me, even though I think that most Christian media is an artistic trainwreck. I have gone through a few of their blogs and find a bit of encouragement in there. There was a blog about finding ourselves stuck in a rut, insofar as the movies we watch. We find something that we like and then just watch those over and over again. The blog ended by suggesting that it's never good to be in a rut and encouraged its readers to broaden their cinematic horizons, which is always a good message for any movie watcher, Christian or otherwise.
